Aderemi Samson Adedayo is a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a strong foundation in finance, data analytics, and Real Estate. He hails from Ajowa, Ojo in Akoko North-West Local Government Area of Ondo State, Nigeria.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from Nasarawa State University, Keffi, where he is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in the same field. He also possesses a National Diploma in Mathematics and Statistics, which laid the groundwork for his analytical expertise.
Aderemi is a certified Data Analyst with hands-on experience in various AI tools and Google productivity tools, including Google Sheets, Docs, Forms, and Data Studio. His technical proficiency enables him to extract actionable insights from data, redefining how Real Estate operations, market analysis, and investment decisions are executed.
In addition to his academic and analytical qualifications, he holds diplomas in Real Estate Property Management and Real Estate Financial Modeling. This unique combination of knowledge allows him to bridge the gap between data science and Real Estate strategy.
With over 11 years of experience in the financial sector—specifically in banking, and a deep understanding of the Real Estate market, Aderemi currently serves as the Site Manager at Prog-Loyd Realtors Ltd. His forward-thinking approach, powered by data and technology, continues to drive innovation, efficiency, and value within the company and for its clients.
